Mountain Cubs

Age 5–7 | Start your snow adventures!

The Mountain Cubs program introduces kids Age 5–7 to the joy of skiing or snowboarding in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. With small groups, playful instruction, and certified children’s specialist coaches, Cubs learn to love the mountain while developing balance, coordination, and early riding skills. Whether they’re taking their first steps on snow or riding the chairlift with growing confidence, we make every day on the mountain full of laughter, and learning.

Daily Schedule:

9:30 AM: Check-in & Drop-off at the Mountain Cub Room

10:00–11:45 AM – Morning on-snow lesson

12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch supervised in the Mountain Cub Room (included)

1:00–2:45 PM – Afternoon on-snow lesson & play

2:45 PM – Parent pick-up on snow

Mountain Cubs enjoy their own dedicated learning area with space for play and progression. Depending on ability, they may ride in the cub area, on the Magic Carpet, or on the Easy Rider chair lift. Advanced Level 3 Cubs sometimes explore additional terrain under coach supervision. Group sizes are intentionally small (maximum 4 students per coach) to keep the focus on safety, engagement, and personalized learning. 

NOTE: Mountain Cubs may ride the chairlift alone, with another Mountain Cub, or with a member of the public. Coaches monitor and prepare each child to ride the chairlift safely and confidently.

MOUNTAIN CUBS IS NOT DAYCARE! Parents/Guardians MUST remain on the premises and be available during the day. 

Eye protection (goggles, sunglasses) is required for all participants under the age of 18.
