Mtn Cubs Ski Progression:

Level 1: First-time skiers learning to balance, glide, and stop on gentle terrain.

Level 2: Beginner skiers working on linked turns and stops, controlling speed, and riding the Magic Carpet or Easy Rider safely and confidently.

NOTE: Students must be able to turn both directions and stop at any time before advancing to the chairlift.

Level 3: Confident, independent chair riders who can get into and out of their equipment, load and unload the lift, ride green terrain, and recover from a fall on their own — preparing to leave Easy Rider and explore more of Hoodoo

Tip for Skiing Cubs:

Ski Boots can be uncomfortable!! Set your kids up for success by wearing only ONE pair of thick, tall socks. If possible, practice wearing ski boots at home before your first visit. Let your kids know that funky feet are part of learning to ski.
